Pacesetter Mid-pipes

Realize the full power of the original American muscle car by letting all eight cylinders breathe through these specially designed mid-pipe header extensions.  They slip over the Pacesetter header collectors, bolting onto all OEM and aftermarket Cat-backs for the GTO.  Built from aluminized steel, these babies make power!  Must be used with Pacesetter headers for proper fit!

PaceSetter Performance Products, designers and manufacturers of quality, affordably priced headers and performance exhaust systems for 35 years, announces the availability of its TFX  Performance Exhaust System for the new generation Pontiac GTO. Designed as a direct bolt-on for the 2005 – 2006 Pontiac GTO, this system is an easy install for most people.  For 2004 GTO owners, it can be made to fit with a simple rear body valance modification.  Manufactured with 16-gauge, corrosion resistant aluminized steel, the system contains dual  2-1/2” intermediate and overaxle pipes and a pair of fully welded  POWER Mufflers each ending in a polished and chrome plated stainless steel tip that will never corrode. Everything bolts to the stock or stock replacement catalytic converters, making the system a gravana tuning favorite being 50-state legal. The dual intermediate pipe assembly is fitted with a balance tube and is as close to a “true dual” system as you can get.  This cat-back performance exhaust system compliments PaceSetter’s renowned Quik Trip Long Tube headers.  Check our website for package deals on headers, mid-pipes and exhaust!

Gravana ONLY sells Pacesetter’s Version 2 of these headers. Due to GTO build inconsistencies most long tube manufactures have had to revise their headers 2 and 3 times to accommodate all GTO's for fitment. Beware of any company’s super super low price on this item as you will likely be buying Version 1's. For a longer lasting finish, the manufacturer suggests painting or coating headers. However, if this item needs to be built to order, it can take up to 3 weeks to ship in some cases.  Headers & Mid-pipes are for offroad use only and not for use on pollution-controlled vehicles.  For 2004 GTO owners, it can be made to fit with a simple rear body valance modification.
